4. Cameron Winklevoss & Tyler Winklevoss – $4.3 billion each

The Winklevoss brothers, often known as the Winklevoss twins, lost control of Facebook in 2008 after a legal battle with Mark Zuckerberg. During the dot-com bubble in the 1990s, the CEO of software firm MicroStrategy was in the news for losing $6 billion in a single day. At the time, his company had virtually completely collapsed.

8. Changpeng Zhao – $1.9 billion

CZ (as he is known) is the founder and CEO of Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange. He is currently residing in Singapore. In 2020, his company is expected to make between $800 million and $1 billion in profit.

Digital Currency Group (DCG), a conglomeration of five cryptocurrency-focused enterprises, was founded and is led by Barry. His firm has also invested in at least 200 cryptocurrency businesses.

Barry created and leads Digital Currency Group (DCG), a conglomerate of five cryptocurrency-focused businesses. His company has also made at least 200 cryptocurrency investments.
